Users can have more than one role; to remove a role from a user follow the instructions below:

  1. Click Admin Dashboard
  2. Under Course Management, click View All Courses button 
  3. Find the course you wish to change a users role in and click the Enrol users button 
  4. To Remove a role from a user click the X icon next to the role you wish to remove (e.g. Manager) 
  5. A popup will appear confirming your deletion, Click the Remove button. 

You have now removed a role from a user
