Lingel Learning - Help Desk Portal

An administrator or manager (or any other user with the capability moodle/user:create) can create new user accounts.

1. Click Admin Dashboard

2. Under User management click Add a new user button (To add users in bulk, see Upload Users)

3. Complete all the fields.

Please note: All mandatory fields denoted with an * must be completed 

4. Click Save
